Project management, what for?
A new spirits company based between Cognac and Saintes entrusted me with the task of studying the construction of a new bottling line. The aim is to produce both the company's own brands and to accommodate those looking for a new site capable of offering tailor-made services.
The machines installed are precisely calibrated to support the growing volume of business, while accommodating a maximum number of models up to 3L.
The result is a scalable production capacity offering flexibility and adaptability, while avoiding unnecessary over-investment for the owner. The same applies to the winery and storage capacities.
In terms of service, the site is managed by one of the region's most experienced professionals. With millions of bottles of cognac, whisky, vodka and gin bottled for some of the biggest brands in the sector.
